Made on a back-strap loom, this traditional huipil is created in remote areas outside Oaxaca. With delicate and lightweight, 100% cotton fabric, single piece can take up to one week to make. Woven with brightly colored thread, naturally dyed, these whimsical yet elegant dresses express the artistic heritage of it's indigenous people. We hope to contribute in preserving this tradition for generations to come.
