Made on a back-strap loom with naturally dyed 100% cotton, these traditional 'huipiles de telar' are created in remote areas outside Oaxaca. Depending on the stitch design, amount of colors and the quality of the cotton, a single piece can take up to three weeks. Each elegant caftan expresses the artistic heritage of it's indigenous people who create and preserve these traditions.
